Water, cashews (25%), coconut oil, psyllium fiber, extra virgin olive oil, salt, selected ferments.

Uses in the kitchen

On pizza

For a perfect pizza, add the Cashew Filante during the last 5 minutes of baking at no less than 220°C (430°F). Alternatively, you can add it raw on top of freshly baked focaccia!

In fillings

The Cashew Filante is also great for stuffing things like arancini or croquettes. It melts easily during frying, creating a soft, gooey center that everyone will love.

In the oven

If you want a golden, crispy top, add the Cashew Filante during the last 5 minutes of baking. For best results, bake it at 220°C (430°F). It's perfect for dishes like lasagna or roasted vegetables.

As it is

Not just for cooking—the Cashew Filante is also delicious raw. Try it in salads, sandwiches, or as a topping for your favorite dishes.
